I just want to take a moment to highlight how great Brenda has been as a landlord. From the very beginning she’s been reliable, responsive, and genuinely caring. Anytime I’ve needed anything maintenance-related, she’s come through quickly and made sure the job was done right. There’s never any hassle, never any attitude — just real professionalism and a willingness to help. What really sets her apart is her kindness. She treats her tenants like actual people, not just names on a lease. She understands that life has its ups and downs and she shows grace in a way that’s rare to find. I’m not saying too much — but anyone who’s ever dealt with a landlord knows how valuable that type of understanding is. Another big thing is how respectful she is of your space. She doesn’t hover, doesn’t bug

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Don’t expect them to care abt you in any way (no community events, not honoring maintenance requests, slow response time from leasing office). They never fix anything until you call them 100 times. Moved in Dec 2024. Heat didn’t work. Had to call the emergency number ( a waste of a line; they can only take messages for the leasing office to get back to you) after not getting a response for a week. They gave me heaters until a new unit could be ordered and replaced which was the end of the month smh … my left closet’s door was broken and they said for months they would order me a new door for my closet, but of course I never got it and they kept closing out my tickets without actually resolving the issue. DO NOT RENT HERE! Bad management & maintenance. Firstly, as far as “amenities” the pool has been opened maybe total of one month since I’ve lived here (management has changed since then, but not this) it stays green! The laundry facility is filthy and has a total of 2 working washing machines out of 4. Along with the rest of the complex always just trash outside, rotting wooden stairs with rusted wobbly hand railing. No doggie bags are supplied so there is poo everywhere you step, even tho they have posts everywhere for these said bags. Less than a month of being here my ceilings started to rip off falling on my floor..along with VARIOUS of other things it took weeks to get fixed. My ac/heat unit has been leaking oil- told to me by maintenance. Said they needed to replace the whole thing

Hunt Club Apartments was the best community that I ever lived in! The Security gate is a plus! Cell phone access major plus! Outstanding staff and management! The community has changed over the years for the benefit of the residents. I hated I that I had to relocate. I would live there again!

This place is terrible! From the gate never working, the pool never open, and not to mention the apartment itself. The bad creeping from upstairs, always a leak or something. My bathroom has had mold in it for the longest and management swears it’s mildew and have yet done anything about , even after mentioning one of us getting sick. Idk what it is going to take , really thinking about taking this up to the higher ups.
