I don't understand why he flag some of my pipes, I had to replace pipes that didn't give me any problem, they were dirty but had no leaks or anything wrong. I think they do this to change double inspection. I had lost my faith in humans. Now days Greed is the God.

The inspector, James Joseph Hoog JR. missed multiple major issues with my property, including a cracked foundation and outdated electrical wiring that both required extensive repairs. I trusted their so-called 'professional expertise,' but their lack of thoroughness has cost me thousands of dollars in unexpected repairs. Very simple process, handled everything by phone or text. Inspection performed as agreed. Would have been nice to have a followup communication, but we got by. Appreciated the price and job done! Would recommend!
