I'm so glad I found this company. Everyone in there do a great job managing my properties, they do an amazing job. I recommend them 💯 if you have any rental properties, they do all the work for you for a reasonable amount. I live out of the country and they take care my properties and they inspect the units to make sure the tenants are keeping in good shape and clean. Thank you... Tyler Messa has to be one of the kindest people I've had the pleasure of speaking to. He represents this company well, between his quick responses and helpful attitude. I couldn't have picked a better person to help navigate the stressful thing that is finding a house you'd love. 100/10 recommend this property management company. Somebody needs to give that man a raise pronto!!

I do not recommend hometown pm. They fail to call you to do walkthroughs with you on move out when you request and then charge you for things that were not caused by you as the tenant. I’ve showed my photos of before and after and they still charged me outrageous fees when the house wasn’t in bad shape & clean. They did rent the home in a poor condition with no cleaning and disgusting smell. Repairs all took weeks especially the leaks. A concern about a rotted deck was brought up numerous times. They assured it wasn’t rotted, then I fell through it and hurt myself. They said sorry and took two and a half weeks to repair the rotted deck. Please, please, please. Document everything little thing and make sure you are on them for move out walk throughs. I’m so disappointed they did this.

My experience with Hometown has been wonderful. The leasing staff were very helpful when looking for a place and were able to get me into my apartment quickly, and the maintenance department is always quick to resolve any issues that have come up. All of the staff have made the process of renting easy.
