These apartments are very nice. I enjoy the community and the space they offer. They also have full size washer/dryer connections, which is always a must for me and my family!

I highly recommend living here! It's a nice, smaller, quiet community in the country. It's not like other places where you can hear your neighbors on the other side of the wall from you. Unfortunately, when I moved in the office staff at the time had some issues, and were not taking care of the tenants and their needs. We finally got a new manager, Larissa, and she is definitely taking the bull by the horns, and cleaning up shop. I now have my home the way it should have been when I moved in, and I'm so happy, and really loving it! Please take into consideration that the past negative reviews were due to poor management, which we no longer have.

We really enjoyed our 13 months living here. Where we were located, we were next to the pasture with grazing cows which was so peaceful to view daily. The apartment felt spacious for the size because of the layout. I miss those large bathtubs now that we have moved out. We were at the pool almost every day during the summer. Management and maintenance were always great. I'm grateful for the time we were there and the memories we have.

Horrible place to live . Windows leaking every time it rains. Water spots all over . Black mold. Apartment had a stink smell like mildew when moved in. They Harrass you for rent but don’t wanna fix anything in the apartment . Don’t waste your time moving here. Worse experience I had within the two months I stayed there.

First off, I wish I could give zero stars. I spent two months working with this complex to lease a unit. Completed and paid the application, paid the security deposit, and called constantly to follow up on the status of our lease. I was continually told that they were not going to provide a lease to sign until 1-2 weeks before we move in, for it to be “move in ready”. This should have been my first sign something was wrong. I had to surrender my current home in order to get approved for this lease. Not until two weeks before move in, a new person whom I had never spoken with before calls to let me know that they “went another direction” and that was it. After paying the jetty deposit, I was told that it would be MY responsibility to get my money back although they are the ones who cancelle
