I had a great experience with Lone Star Home Inspections for the inspection of my first home yesterday. Ryan did an outstanding job! Since this is my first home, I don’t know much about the inspection process, but he took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I understood what he was looking at and why it mattered. Lone Star Home Inspections is AMAZING. Keaton truly goes above and beyond for his clients and agents. I had a client who originally scheduled their inspection for a later date, but we unexpectedly needed it done much sooner. I reached out to Keaton and within 3 hours he was already at the property completing the inspection and we had the full report back that same evening. His communication is excellent, he’s incredibly responsive, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. Keaton is friendly, professional, and passionate about his business. Keaton did a thorough assessment of my new home and sent the report so quickly! He was patient with my questions and even was willing to adjust our scheduled date when a family emergency and my work schedule collided to make getting a date and time on the calendar a sticky situation. The cost of ~$650 seemed reasonable and fair for the near 3 hours of work, rapid report, and top to bottom (including sewer lines) inspection he completed. His equipment was top of the line too (infrared camera, drone, and scope for sewer line check).

Keaton helped my clients with their current home they are selling and made such a great impression on them they insisted on having him inspect the home they are purchasing.
