Here at Hollyridge apartments CHARLES is an asset he is always quick to make repairs as well as taking care of additional matters when asked. I have been living here for a few months and can honestly say Charles has been a life saver and very quick to get the job done. Update*************** There has since been a change in management with Madeline Diaz as the current property manager. It’s very difficult to talk to her, and she shows very little interest if not any to your concerns. For future tenants I think it is important to have a property manger that actually cares about the up keeping in your unit. I had to complaint numerous times for my work order to be submitted. I will NOT be renewing my lease due to management and I highly advise those looking for a home to ask themselves if

Ms. Michelle is an amazing assistant and she’s very friendly and family oriented. I’ve been here for over 3 years now and I am pleased with staying here. It’s very quiet, and nice. No problems with other residents. The maintenance workers are very kind and they tend to any needs as soon as possible. I highly recommend this residential property.

Hi, My name is Shanika Roan I just move into Holly Ridge apartment the beginning of the year. I’m so satisfied with my place. I love Michelle the landlord and the maintenance man Mr. Charles. Whenever I need something done to my place he is right there to assist me. I love Michelle I can go to her and ask her about anything and she’s understanding and work with me. I love the neighborhood and it’s so quiet.

Hello Holly Ridge Reviews Section My name is Rodney Aaron, I reside at Holly Ridge Apartments in Hollywood,by way of Pembroke Park. I'm giving a 5 star review of the Management, and Maintenance Team. Recently, I reported to Management that my a/c unit was not cooling properly. The Maintenance Technician, who's name is Kenyatte, came over to assess the problem. Later,the same day of the work order request,Kenyatte came and took the unit out,took it over to their work station to do what he had to do to get the unit cooling again. When he put the unit back in place and started it up,it only took minutes to cool down my apartment. It's working so good, til I don't even need to use the cooling fan in the bedroom. I just wanted to share my positive experience as a resident of Hollyridge Apartments for over 3 years. This place is home with great neighbors and a wonderful manager with a caring maintenance team. I needed some work done in the apartment and I was so pleased with the timeliness and effort put in to get the job done and that the very next day they checked up on me to ensure everything was ok.This community is very quiet, natural, and a pleasant environment.
