Allaire on 41st Apartments

I signed a lease with this company and paid a deposit and was advised that if anything were to happen I would get refunded. I gave them multiple opportunities to resolve the issue and even called the number but got forwarded to the leasing manager. The leasing manager told me she was the property manager even though she isn’t and refused to give me information for the property manager or to return my deposit. The unit was infested with roaches and I took multiple pictures and videos. The fridge was rusted and covered in mold and when I spoke to them they replaced it with another fridge covered in mold. After advising them the fridge and stove had a roach infestation. I was hung up on and not emailed and they refused to voided the lease and return my money when in the lease it states if I’m

Imagine walking out your door each morning and stepping straight into bird droppings. It’s everywhere. That’s daily life here. On the east side of the building, especially on the third floor, there’s a pigeon living on top of the exit sign, leaving massive amounts of poop. Management cleans it, but they never move the pigeon, so the mess comes right back. There’s even a balcony you can clearly see while walking by that’s completely covered in poop, it’s disgusting. The whole place needs more than quick cleanups. This building has a serious pigeon problem that needs real action.

I had a problem with the water pressure in the bathroom and the maintenance staff Yorbe and Raphel worked and worked up and beyond to do there jobs they were great respectful thankyou so much you guys are wonderful they got the job done again thankyou I hope i spelled the names correctly ❤️ I rate them a 20 if I could.

Love my new apartment! With all the new remodeled, modern amenities I feel like I’m on vacation.

To be honest I used to like the area because it was close to my job and my wife jobs. Though it was expensive I still renewed my lease. I went to the office tried to be civilized enough I told the manager that we have to relocate to NY because of my wife job. I spoke to him like a gentleman yet they put me up for collection saying I have to pay 26,000 thousand dollars . Where the heck am going to get 26,000 thousand dollars to pay for an apartment witch they rent out three days after I moved out.
