HMP Meadowdale Apartments

I lived here for a year and I can say that it was the best experience. The apartment was adequately updated especially for its age and the price point. I was always comfortable there and always felt welcome to share concerns and issues with management and they always worked quickly and diligently to fix any problems which I appreciated. I did have some issues with cats peeing on my front door the entire time I lived there which I was not thrilled about, though this was of no fault of the apartments. Overall it was a great experience. My neighbors were nice and it was suspected on my part that some may have had issues with drugs or crime but I just minded my own buisness and stayed out of others and nobody ever did anything to wrong me so there were no issues from that. If you are looking to rent here don’t bother. The manager is to busy to even look at you while she treats you like trash. I stopped by to ask about renting a unit to which I was cut off to say there is no opening. (Again with out her even looking up from her computer at me. She had an incredibly rude tone and kept cutting me off while talking she also told me she would not put me on the waiting list. I was rather upset to be treated so horribly by someone who doesn’t even know me and this is supposed to be the management for this complex I feel bad for the people that live there.

My kids and I have been here over a year. We love it. Literally the only issues I've had here are the disrespectful pre-teens that try and destroy the playground during the Summer, and the noisey neighbors below us. Not really that big of an issue. The maintenance guy comes in and fixes whatever needs to be fixed, immediately. The manager, Carol, is the sweetest lady on this planet. We love the wood burning fireplace and having a W/D in our unit. My kids LOVE the Edmonds school district. Super close to the schools. All the stores are close. 💗 We love Meadowdale.
