Hilltop at Winchester Creek

Lived here for awhile, it is well kept and safe. The property manager Roxana is great, she is so kind, as well as the other ladies in the office. Mike and the maintenance team are skilled and efficient. We love living here.

Had an appointment to tour the apartment and arrived a few minutes early. I didn’t mind waiting since I was early and they were still at lunch. When they returned, they let another walk-in go first—even after I mentioned I had an appointment. I assumed they were just quickly helping him, maybe he had already done a tour and was just dropping something off. But no—she walked out and gave him a full tour while I was left sitting there with no explanation, no apology, and no basic courtesy. Ended up looking elsewhere, and honestly, I’m glad I never got the tour—might’ve saved myself 12 months of disappointment.

I have lived at Hilltop several years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Any maintenance requests I have placed, have been taken care of within 24 hours (typically that very day). Mike and his maintenance staff keep the property looking amazing. Norma and Roxanna have always gone out of their way to make my family feel welcome! I feel with the amount of apartments they manage and requests they receive on a daily basis, Norma and her team do an amazing job! I highly recommend Hilltop Apartments!

We have lived here almost 2 years now and it has been a very pleasant experience. I believe the staff here really deserves all the credit. Norma and Roxana in the front office have always been professional and friendly in all our interactions. It's easy to see that they really do care about this property and the residents that live here. We have had very few maintenance issues since living here, but when we have had an issue, Mike from maintenance has been here almost as soon as I put down the phone. I have never seen a faster response time for maintenance requests as I have at this property. It's literally unheard of to have a problem fixed in the same day let alone in the same hour as I have. I have lived at Hilltop for over a year and a half now and I have had a pleasant experience thus far! Norma and Roxanna are extremely helpful. We’ve had to file some maintenance requests and they handle it promptly. Mike has had to replace our dishwasher and washer/dryer unit, and come fix other small things. He is awesome! Overall, I’ve enjoyed living at Hilltop and I would definitely recommend these apartments to others.
