I used Bridges Homes agent Brian Pierboy to sell my house and, honestly, it was an exhausting, stressful and distressing experience from start to finish. First, it felt like they were willing to accept any offer without properly vetting the process or protecting me as the seller. I went through three failed escrows, which was already emotionally draining. On the fourth escrow, there were two offers, but only one was presented to me. I later found out the second offer was $45,000 over asking, and I missed out on that additional $45K because it was not communicated in time.
