Hillside View Apartments

This place is cheap for a reason. Maintenance guys didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Tina the office manager is super unprofessional.

I lived here for 3 years. Was not a fan of going back to apartment life after having a house for 12 years however I can honestly say it was not a bad experience. Office people were hit or miss some very friendly some not so much. Units are not the most sound proof but I never had any issues, anything that went wrong in apartment was repaired quickly and maintenance guy was always friendly.

I’ve lived in many buildings I love it here it is safe! I know each building has its own neighbors and own issues my building iding is great! There is always parking and snow removal is easy peasy! The handyman make is fantastic!!! I’m on year two here my neighbors on year 7 the other’s year 4 and the lady next door has been here for year! Certainly worth checking out!

i live here with my colleague. We come home after 7 pm and we cannot talk on phone freely. Place is not sound proof and can hear every sound from neighbours. My upstairs neighbours are not as understanding and complained several times against us. We are thinking of breaking the lease and move to another sound proof and good place rather than receiving violation letters here. Very disappointed.

I live here and just think it cool to live on the top floor
