I moved in during July 2022. When the Connor Group owned Highland Station, everything was inconsistent, & we went through five property managers total. The neighbors have always been wonderful, for the most part. Every place is gonna have a bad egg here & there. I appreciate the APT Residential group for the efforts they have been making since they got here. Garrett & Armando are extremely kind, they really listen to us, & I’m starting to see a turnaround in improvements. Security has been an issue here, I was personally being harrassed by someone for the past two years & two months, the Connor Group never did a thing about it. Recently, the situation was handled by the new owners entirely. They are also installing a new system around the building to secure access to get inside & make

I lived in Highland Station for 1 year June 24 - May 25. While living there things were fine, but once I moved out it has been nothing but the most rinky dink operation ever. I have tried and tried to get into contact about an erroneous charge from Resident Billing Service. I have called RBS, Highland Station and the former owner, The Connor Group...since July of 2025 when I found about the charge. I was a model tenant...paid my rent on time, followed the rules, picked up my dog's poop (unlike many tenants). I paid to have my apartment professionally cleaned before I moved out. There was nothing broken or damaged in my apartment. I communicated with the onsite management about my plans to move out and afterward, providing forwarding address, etc. Management at the time confirmed I had don

This place is the epitome of absolute disgust! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Half of the reviews are fake & half are people who freshly moved in! These aren’t even HALF the photos I have of the absolute disgust we lived in I’m truly truly telling you listen to the reviews because the ones who are telling you what I’m saying are extremely true! Our apartment was completely filled with mold along with all of our belongings we had to throw out due to being covered in mold we brought the problem up numerous times nothing was solved or fixed! Our neighbor struggled severely with the same issues and had a mold inspection from city which was told to the office who then did nothing about the issue god knows what health problems my fiancé and our dogs developed while we stayed here not only was our apartment

Things have gotten so much better since the new management took over. The staff is friendly, easy to talk to, and actually follows through. Maintenance is quicker, and the property feels more taken care of overall. It’s been a really positive change lately and I’m now happy living here!
