A very friendly staff and mainteance team make Highland Row a great place to live!! It is located in a great area by the UofM with tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Also, in the heart of the city of Memphis, make it a quick drive to get wherever you need to go.

It is a great community to live. I always feel safe and secure here; very close to the University of Memphis campus. Leasing office staff are very friendly and supportive.

I made an appointment with Antonio and went in for a tour of a one bedroom. Four days later I filled out an application online for a unit available for immediate occupancy (the next day). Rent would also start the next day (3-2-26). Antonio had already told me that I qualified for preferred employer and would pay no fees. The application was asking for payment of fees. I sent two separate messages through their website asking for this to be fixed for me to proceed, with no response. The following day I sent him a text message first thing in the morning asking him to please call me so we could proceed and he never did. Another day passed and I got a generic email from the company inviting me to apply, so I sent a response explaining everything and saying that I wouldn’t be back. Immediately

Gates have been broken for over 4 years which is how long ive been here. The pool is supposed to be cleaned every monday. The office was open this day and they watched people go and get into the pool. Major safety and health violations. PEOPLE WILL GET SICK IN A POOL THIS INFESTED. This place charges you way too much for the sad excuse or services they provide. They rather spend our money on new office chair supplies instead of putting it into a better security gates System (WHICH CARS HAVE BEEN STOLEN OUT OF THE GARAGE MANY MANY TIMES MY CAR INCLUDED, IT WOULD’VE BEEN TAKEN IF NOT MY BATTERY BEING DEAD) They don’t even do prevention maintenance Prevention maintenance should be done every 2 to 3 months. They do it every six months, or even if they do it at all. Last time they did it I ask
