DO NOT MOVE HERE!! RISK AT YA OWN COST. This place is roached infected , nasty and unprofessional. If i could post videos i would. Do not expect the front office to be of any help , unprofessional and extremely nonchalant. My apartment was broken into 3 times before i even moved in yet nothing is done . The intruder left cigarette buds in the apartment . My fridge is roach infested with no new fridge in sight. All they did was clean it out like the roaches aren't still there. They didn't even bother cleaning all the dead roaches off the counter , when we first came to it. This place is horrible, find somewhere else.

They're double charging us for one whole entire month we pay our way we are working people, then they don't know how to answer calls any more it's just like they're directing calls to the closed front office instead of posting your actual numbers this is an emergency information is being mixed up and nothing is getting resolved

Spacious, affordable, 10/10 office staff. I had no major issues during my time here and the office staff was definitely reliable. For the price, space, and convenience of the location I don’t think it can be beat. Maintenance could be a little faster but when they get to you in their busy schedules they make sure you are well taken care of. DO NOT MISS OUT because of a few bad and bias reviews.

Loved the size of the apartment… but the maintenance was the worst. Had a huge leak which resulted in growing mold which also led to a huge hole in my downstairs living room’s ceiling. Stayed that way for 2 months. NEVER got fixed and eventually had to move out

My townhome is spacious and affordable and somewhat cute despite the outdated appliances. But, in my opinion, that means nothing if it is roach infested. My first day in the place, I was greeted with 3 different kinds of roaches and all of their relatives. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned prior to supplying me with a key. So many of the previous tenants items were in the cabinets from used eyelash extensions to hair to Nair bottles to bank statements to RAW ONION laying in the drawers! But what makes this worse is the fact that the workers spray painted right over the papers and items left over. That’s called LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL. Also, I’ve been here for a month and 3 doors in the apartment still have not been installed. A very lousy paint job was done, the thermostat does not
