I agree with the Jennifer I'm the previous review. The Towing of Residents is unacceptable ! It is a serious problem. The staff does not address it properly and hundreds of cars have been towed at $350. They refuse the send reminder emails or change the policy because they don't consider it a problem even though it affects many residents. I have paid over $1,000 in tow fees. My apartment leaked through the floor for 5 months. I do not recommend living here!

Just applied and toured here at this apartment. The apartment itself was real nice, and the scenery around the complex was also real nice! Toured this apartment with Tayler. She was very welcoming, answered all the questions I had, and made the process of applying very easy and simple! Tayler is the go to person for anything! I feel comfortable to say I plan on being here long term with the easy process!

When I first came to view these apartments the girls were lovely and convinced me to live here thinking it would be a great fit for me and my family. Once we moved in we started experiencing the worst time, neighbors were rude wrote things on my car saying “moron”. Towing and parking was horrible, my apartment number was not registered with neither of the systems and my grandma’s car was towed and was parked in the visitor side and she came to help me during my postpartum. She still had to pay to get her car back. Towing company is rude! We got charged our pet rent 6 months into our lease and was never communicated with us so it was very inconvenient for us and had to pay. Absolutely terrible management. Pay $1,370 a month, not including utilities for 2 bedroom and been having a major rat problem for months now. No matter how many times management has been asked to fix the issue, they show an absolute lack of concern. The whole place looks like they “slapped lipstick on a pig” anyhow. Terrible paint job, stains on the floor that won’t come up no matter how much I clean, and overall lack of care for their tenants.

Very poor maintenance, low quality work. We had mold for months and a proper repair was not done until a mushroom sprouted from the ceiling. To their reply: It was not handled promptly, I have the documentation to prove it. Also, because they know they were in the wrong they have blocked me from leaving reviews on all their social media accounts. Does that sound like someone that did nothing wrong? The property management, Ambo, has also blocked me.
