Rented a house from them they said had been professionally cleaned. When we arrived to the property, it was embarrassingly disgusting. We started taking pictures immediately before moving any of our stuff in. Pee around the base of the toilets? They didn't believe us at first and were quite rude to us when we told them about it, UNTIL they saw it in their own video walk through. It was only after that point she started writing stuff down and taking us a bit more seriously. They said we have to schedule for their cleaner to come out but if they can't do it right the first time, I don't have high hopes they'll do it right the second. I don't want to unpack and bring my belongings inside. Lights don't work and we found out the breaker immediately trips and sparks when we try to flip it back,

Lol they couldn’t refute anything I said so they just made up some fake charges. Please send me the video from before I moved in and prove it. Although repairs were handled quickly throughout our year there, many repairs were needed. When we moved in the home had clearly not been recently cleaned or inspected. Every surface was covered in a layer of red dust, the dishwasher had not been installed and the washing machine had been incorrectly installed which I fixed myself. None of the doors closed properly, two didn’t close at all because they didn’t fit in their door frame, and were old broken wood that had been painted over but clearly needed to be replaced, complete with loose/broken door handles in the bedroom and bathroom. When I first inquired about renting one of their properties, I asked if the house would be professionally cleaned prior to move in. They said yes, but the house did not appear to have received this. The carpets were stained, along with the sinks and tubs. When i moved out, i had the house cleaned and returned it in a better condition that I received it. With that being said, whenever I had an issue I submitted a ticket through their tenant portal. These issues were handled quickly and efficiently. I would have an initial response within 48 hours, and work scheduled within another 48 hours following that. I felt that my time was considered and respected if a worker needed to enter the home.
