Despite long wait time to receive my roll down and accordion shutters, High Wind Shutters was excellent to work with. Very accommodating to help address last minute potential HOA requirements. Installation team was stellar. Very pleased with the results!

Took about 5 months to get the shutters, work quality was adequate, took another 2 months to complete the inspection, had to keep calling them to remind them to finish the job. Worst customer service, they never call back. I'm still waiting for them to put the metal syrips to cover the screws on the lania. Look for another company if you need shutters!!
