High Park Apartments

I enjoy living here. It's not bad., It's for the most part pretty quiet. It's kept up, the property is pretty nice. The office is always helpful with any questions. We needed maintenance one night on a Sunday for a leak. And they were really great. Very nice and respectful. Haven't really had any issues with neighbors. It's always a give and take when living in an apartment. All in all, I'd recommend it.

I’m sorry I can’t leave less than 1 star. Laundry area ceiling has been leaking water for over a week. Maintenance called, no reply. Maintenance request placed. No response. Water draining through my light, so that’s safe. Please please, stay away from this place! I moved in 5 years ago and cannot get out! Don’t be me!

High Park apartments are so disgusting. MOLD. so much mold. the cabinets, the walls, the carpet. the dishwasher was the nastiest thing i’ve ever seen. looks like it’s from the 70s. every time it rained water came in through the walls. dry wall was just peeling off. the floors flooded** multiple times because the filter was caked in black mold. the windows didn’t even open to get fresh air from all the black mold you in the whole apartment. . trash on the ground outside, always and the hallways are gross. it’s not worth a penny to live at high park.

I've been here going on three years and we've been through 3 different property managers. The year I first moved in I was supposed to move into a ground floor apartment. Thank goodness I stopped by before the move in date because they gave me a second floor apartment. I was told they thought it was a preference but that I'd take a 2nd floor. When I insisted on a first floor apartment she said they needed 2 weeks to get a ground floor apartment ready which would put my move in date into the next month and the rates would be higher. I was horrified the day I moved in. After waiting the two weeks it was a mess. I was missing closet doors, vent covers and a smoke detector. The real High Park Apt Complex; There's a lot of confusion with these reviews, allow me to set the story straight. I've lived @ High Park Apt(s) for over a year, the 1st 6 months I had no A/C with temps reaching 90° inside the dwelling. The person's prior had no A/C for almost 2 years. They've destroyed that paperwork I was told. Cabinets literally falling apart. The drinking water if left for 1 day becomes stagnant after a short period of time, which is riddled with Bacteria and/or Fungi. The vents fell off the walls when trying to adjust. The apt has been broken into 38 x's , I've requested cameras, was told too much $$ it would cost. Forced entry. Vehicle broken into several times in broad daylight. The toilet will not flush after using it. (Catch my drift). The sliding door is falling
