Hidden Valley Club Apartments

This is my 3rd month, and sharing my honest experience: Touring, Move-In & Resident Experience Lanna was incredibly helpful throughout the touring and move-in process. She is friendly, kind, honest, and very knowledgeable about the apartments. What impressed me most was how genuinely she cared about our potential living experience—she approached everything as if she were choosing an apartment for herself. The unit I moved into was still undergoing renovation at the time of move-in, and there were a few cosmetic items that required follow-up and caused some minor day-to-day inconvenience. Lanna actively listened to these concerns and worked to address them, even checking for any potential issues to ensure our stay would be as smooth as possible. Your dedication and warm professionalism have truly made living here a wonderful experience. You consistently go above and beyond, and it doesn’t go unnoticed 👏🙏🏽💯 “During a long hard working day @ work 😩 my furniture arrived earlier than expected 😳😱🤯 and she was there to save the day, right on time. I reached out for help, and she took the time out of her very busy day, and was there to hold the door open in the cold on a very windy day for about 15-20 mins, and made sure everything was secure, and even emailed me pictures for proof that my merchandise was ok, and all there. She also made sure everything was on point before I moved in.

After talking to the leasing lady for like 20 minutes about their other property, she offered me a 2bedroom that will be ready in like the middle of December at this place. Never knew I could transfer (costs a few bucks) but just to be in the graces of such nice staff, I think I may take her up on the offer. Thanks Lanna, it was nice to speak with you and know that you understood my preferences and needs for housing. My tour is scheduled for December 11th so I will update my review then after I have met everyone in person and seen what the place has to offer. So far she has me hook-line-and-sinker. Update 12/5/25: went on tour today sooner than the 11th. Still kind, still funny...moving in January.

I have had a wonderful experience at Hidden Valley Club Apartments. Lanna was friendly and welcoming, took the time to answer all my questions, and gave me a thorough tour. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the community provides a calm, supportive environment.
