Hidden Palms Apartment Homes

Been living here almost two years and I would say it’s ok but could be a lot better. Had my car towed on Thanksgiving weekend in the middle of the night. My windshield was replaced but I didn’t put my sticker back on because it was sitting on the dashboard and would not stick back to the windshield. Well I came out of $300 + dollars for nothing. I went to pick up my car and my sticker was not on my dashboard. They knew they messed up so they removed my sticker so that I wouldn’t have proof that my car belongs at the address. SMH!!!!!! Parking lot stays filled with debris cause of nasty neighbors. Maintenance crew is cool. They are nice and polite!!!! Haven’t had any issues with management, Overall it’s an ok place to live.👍🏾

So I lived here for a couple years like fifteen years ago. It was great back then. Now life has thrown me a curve ball and I'm back again and so far, Hidden Palms is just as great as it was back then. The office staff is extremely warm and friendly. The maintenance staff is also top notch. So far so great 😎😁👍

I lived here for several years and moved out in 2023. Maintenance staff were personable and office staff were pleasant. The property was maintained well. I do not have much to say because it all just worked out well. Only two relatively small issues. Very limited parking, if you are a 3rd shift worker you may need to park on the ends of the complex at night time hours. Also the drainage was not that great but I do not know if this has gotten better since I left. If I needed to come back to Tampa this place would be my #1 choice.

Great experience so far living at Hidden Palms. The maintenance staff is amazing. If I have a maintenance issue they are there within hours or the next day fixing the issue. Front office staff is also very pleasant and helpful.

Updated Review - November 16 I want to emphasize that maintenance issues are now being addressed much faster than before, and the management team is doing an excellent job. In particular, Kerri is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. About two months ago, I wrote a review, but I feel it’s my responsibility to update it and acknowledge the improvements. Maintenance is now resolving issues much more quickly, and Kerri has been doing an outstanding job. I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying in this apartment.
