Hidden Lake Village

Someone might want to fix your tenants access gate to the Tuttle walking trail. It's got a code button fob on it but the gate doesn't close all the way or lock. I see weirdos coming and going at all hours

Great complex. Quiet and peaceful. I've lived here almost six years! Two pools. Family pool heated all winter and very private! Over 18 adult pool is beautiful as it overlooks the lake with a fountain! Can't beat this location! 2 miles to the Bay and 4 miles to the beach!

Great, quiet place to live. We've owned a condo here for six years and John, the manager, stays on top of things. If you need a plumber or anything else, he is right on it. The pools are sparkling clean and the night time security is ever present, making their rounds, making sure we're safe. It's a calm community, and if your looking for a party place, this isn't it. :)

Was very nice before longtime property manager John fell ill. New property manager Emilio is rude, has let the pool, workout area, landscaping and other common areas fall into disrepair and seems to always be out of office during the day. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have owned a condo here for over 4 years and am very pleased at how well maintained it is and how quickly the office manager responds to requests. There are rules as in any condo association, like renters can not have pets, but owners can. One of his jobs is to enforce them. There are 2 pools, plenty of laundry facilities, close to the bus and downtown and minutes from Siesta Key Beach and the Orioles Spring Training park. It's a great place to live!
