Hidden Hills Apartments

Had a drunk guy in the stairwell who creeped my friend and her granddaughter out as they left my apartment. I contacted the office and they sent security over - I didn’t even know we had security - but they came in and escorted him out. - kudos to the security - thank you for working on NY eve!!

High bills, many pests that are making us sick, very dirty, no security, they take months to fix anything, very poor management. Everything is a problem here, never move here. It's disgusting, and they are quite irresponsible.

Hidden Hills apartments is a pretty good place to live. I like the residents who I live amongst. Nobody troubles me.

The repairman was very professional, cordial and understanding. Great job.

These apartments are beyond HORRID! Constant smell of weed in the hallways, my daughter constantly asked what the smell was. A pipe burst one year and flooded the entire first floor apartments including ours. They did nothing to get the water out from our apartment, the water reached to our carpet area. All our things on the floor in our storage area got ruined. All they did was give us half off rent for the month. When we moved out they blamed US for carpet damages. After we constantly complained that our carpet was ruined. Someone did a hit and run on my car, I asked for a video of it to turn it into the police and they told me the cameras outside weren't working, so there's nothing they could do about it. These apartments are suppose to be locked unless you have a key to open the door,
