Hickory Pointe Apartments

i've been staying over here 3 years now. management is very helpful and maintenance requests get answered in a timely manner. there's a nice small pool that's kid friendly. landscaping is very pleasing. i am happy here for a couple more years. :)

I have only been here a few months. It has not been a bad experience. It is a quiet neighborhood I don't see alot of crime or anything. I just wish they would get proper mailbox labels so at least you will know what mail box is yours other then that some of the office people are friendly and they do make sure maintenance requests are taken care of so I would recommend

Lived here for 8years. Tbh it’s always been a good place to live. Minus the ratchet neighbors that had 3 families in that one unit. The surroundings(Neighboring apartments) are off. The gate is being repaired for better protection for you and your vehicle when holidays come up. Beef up on your insurance that covers cosmetic damages! Also get a ring doorbell or any camera with live recording! Other than that the senior manager Telesa && Ms. Shirley are sweethearts. They really have potential to be better than they are. I think the corporate office kust waited too long to remodel and move with time. Anywho…The only reason I’m here is cause I need the corporate office to contact me for my balance. The 1-800 number provided to set up a payment plan isn’t responsive. I contacted the leasing off

Broken blinds, unsafe playground 🛝 area, unkept landscaping, people hanging out, numerous abandoned apartments with homeless people squatting in them, pool is never opened, no security and high crime rates etc.

I have been a resident at the hickory pointe apartments since2016. I love it here. Property well kept. Maintenance always do there job. No pot holes, no loud noise. Very well kept property. Management is wonderful. I love Mrs. Teliesa. She's always dressed to impress. Office looks awesome an it always smells good in there . I always recommend my place of living to others. I am very happy to call hickory point apartment my home. Thank you from Zena perrry
