HHHunt Homes at Innsbrook Square Townhomes [Sold Out]

Parking is a significant problem here. You can only live comfortably if you don't plan on having any visitors, as the very few available parking spots are often taken by residents of the adjacent apartments. The HOA team has been unresponsive to our complaints about these parking issues. Many homes also experience water leaks from their gutters. Additionally, dog waste is frequently left uncleaned on the trails and in common areas. The clubhouse, pool, and gym are shared with apartment residents. This means that despite paying HOA fees for these amenities, you can rarely enjoy them because they are consistently in use by others. Furthermore, the HOA fees do not seem justified. They do not cover exterior painting or power washing for your townhome. For all these reasons, I cannot recommend
