Awesome Amenity. This community has a beautiful pool, impressive pool house, playground, putting green and golf cart parking.

I absolutely love my home at Hewing Farms—it’s beautiful and was exactly what I was looking for. The buying process was smooth and easy, and both Mungo and Silverton Mortgage were great to work with during the contract and purchase phase. Unfortunately, the problems started after I moved in. On move-in day, the A/C wasn’t working properly. While it was repaired quickly, my primary shower had (and still has) a lifted drain, which could pose a safety hazard—and the builder refused to fix it. Since this home was a “mini-model,” it had been lightly staged by the builder. When they removed their items, they scratched the floors and left holes in the walls from picture frames. I went to the model home location in Hewing Farms in Summerville, SC on 4/11/2023. We walked into the main model home. We weren’t greeted by an agent when we walked in & both offices were empty. We could hear an agent talking to people in the model part of the home but we were never acknowledged by him. So we went through the 2nd model home at this location. When we were done viewing that floor plan, we went back to the main model. Again we could hear an agent talking to others. As we were getting ready to leave again, an agent came in from the model portion of the home. He told us that he was in a meeting with someone else. He never told us his name or gave us a card.
