These fake AI pictures are very misleading, it makes you believe it’s somewhere nice. The complex sits next to a trailer park, a fish oil company, and a mining company. Not to mention the street always has people driving fast and erratically, revving their engines. You’ll also enjoy Spanish music being played until midnight every weekend. This is Quincy, not Seattle.

HEED THE WARNING OF THOSE BEFORE; I heard this was a terrible company to deal with. I chose to take the optimistic path. This place is hands down the worst rental company I've ever dealt with. All the people I've spoken with here are wonderful and bubbly. However due to either an extremely unfortunate cascading series of miscommunications between employees, or simply lying and "following policy"; I can not discern which is the case. Their only interest seems to be what brings in the most money. Long story short, I was having someone take over my lease. We were lied to in order for Herring to take my security deposit and get a new one from him. When called out on it Herring claimed miscommunication and became considerably more helpful. Unless you are in dire circumstances, STAY AWAY from

Heather has been extremely difficult to work with. We are a couple, $200k+ in income, 750+ credit score. After multiple attempts to contact her, I contacted the office, and finally heard back. After stating she would check in some things for us, once again, never heard back. I would not rent from a company that is so difficult to get in touch With and unreliable. A lost the opportunity for great tenants. We've since obtained a rental through another outlet.

This organization is by far the worst leasing agents we have ever dealt with. Do not rent from them!

Herring and Associates has been, so far, the most lovely company I've rented from. My apartment is super nice, they've been incredibly prompt with all repairs that have been needed, even as soon as the very next day! They replaced appliances that were in disrepair upon move in immediately, and are super professional and very friendly. When reading the negative reviews, remember that there are two sides to every story, I can say that so far my experience has been wonderful.
