Traci was my loan officer, and my experience with her was truly excellent. My situation was challenging, but she worked tirelessly to ensure my loan was approved. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Even though it was a long journey, she made everything come together in the end. I am extremely grateful for Traci and her team for helping make my dream come true. Thanks to them, I’m finally able to put down roots in the area and own my home.

Well, Traci and Cathy got the job done. We’re self employed which is nearly ALWAYS a big hassle when seeking residential financing. The property we targeted was high-value and large (3,500 sq ft - 1.1- acres with a view) and the loan pretty good sized. This was a second home for us as we already have a home in another city - which we intend to keep as we have an office there and are opening a second office in Wenatchee. Another bank wouldn’t even touch the deal and meekly bowed out because they were sissies - but these two loan experts Cathy and Traci were bold and persistent - and thus we signed for our dream property on 3 July and the loan funded and closed on 7 July. My dad was kind of a realty wheeler dealer for a number of years and Traci got all sorts of stuff approved for him
