Heritage Square Senior Apartment Homes

My wife and I have been residents of Heritage Square for more than six years, and we can confidently say it’s one of the best places we’ve ever lived. Compared to other apartment homes we’ve rented in California and Florida. The facilities and staff here truly stand out. Every member of the team — whether in the front office, maintenance, or housekeeping — is approachable, friendly, and quick to resolve any issues. Genny is always pleasant and positive, providing excellent customer service. The building and grounds are always clean and well-kept, including the pool to the barbeque areas. We especially appreciate Genny’s seasonal and holiday decorations, which brighten the foyer and common spaces, as well as the monthly calendar of community events like bingo and card games that bring neigh

Please know this is NOT a smoke free facility!!!! They allow their residents to smoke on their patios and balconies. I have a parent here on the second floor who has end stage COPD and is on oxygen. The neighbor below her smokes and it literally comes right into her apartment and Heritage square staff won’t and/or can’t do anything since smoking is permissible here. So if you can’t be around smoke or just find the smell repulsive, do NOT move here! Trust me, this has been going on for 3 years. I have personally asked the neighbor to please not smoke on his patio due to my 80 yr old parent’s COPD. Smoke causes her to cough and can cause a COPD flare up. When my Mom lived here (#112) she really enjoyed it. We’d eat dinner across the street at the Beachfire 2-3x/week. Great community and kind people at Heritage. Ladera Ranch is also pretty awesome.

Very happy with my decision to move here this year! The leasing staff has been very professional, delivering on what they promised from my initial call! Emma, Carla, Rafael and Genny are very engaging and seem eager to help... whatever the question! I love the fact that the place is safe clean, plenty of parking and well cared for. Since I've been here they have painted the building, replaced my stove with a new upgraded one and fixed a plumbing and microwave issue immediately. Patti C

My father-in-law has lived in Heritage Square for almost a year (after moving from his home in Oregon to live less than a mile from to us in Ladera Ranch.) The building is immaculately clean and quiet. The staff is outstanding. We are most happy with his new home.
