Heritage Square Apartments

We have lived here for the last 9 years and we could not love it more. The landlord is very professional and kind. He was very responsive to any issues we had. Our handyman lives on site so he would fix or look at any problems (which there very few - had an issue with the washer because one of my baby socks got stuck, was fixed same day and pulled a handle off the sink which was fixed quickly as well). The layouts of all the apartments are really nice. It's so quiet, and we are going to miss our neighbors so much. We lived in a rambler over the apartments. We turned on our heat maybe twice in the time we lived here, we only ever used the fireplace for the most part. 10/10 would recommend living here, only reason we are leaving is we bought a home. Our cats are really going to miss

Not sure how the bad reviews from but my family live there for a good 2 years till we move out for a bigger house due to I had my second baby. Everyone there is nice and friendly, Dave the manager is very helpful, the community is very clean, 1100sf for the price is very reasonable (mins drive to freeway, move in ready, each unit have an attached garage and additional parking right at the back of garage, Good Sam just right at your back...), if you find any problems during move in i.e kitchen cabinets have problem, refrigerator couldn't work or toilet leaking, you just need to call to inform property manager. Hardly to have open unit in this community, you do not know what the previous tenant does to the unit, they won't inform until new tenant move in and find out. I will definitely want

THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! I lived here for about a 1 1/2 years until I had to move close to work because my commute was killing me. We picked Heritage Square when we first moved to Washington from Texas, I had never seen the town homes or area but selected it due to the wonderful reviews I read and the great customer service I received over the phone. We loved the time we spent here!!! You really feel safe and the kids can play outside without any serious worry. Not to mention everyone there is great to work with especially Dave.

I rented, then moved here from out of state October 2013. Their camera lens adds depth. Rented from photos. Do not believe photos. The owner ridiculed my “lack of apartment experience” when I remarked how small it looked for 1100 SF. I moved from a 1100 SF (with no additional storage), One-third of my things are in the garage. The T.H. was disgustingly filthy when I actually got a good at it. I had to scrub the tub and toilets before I could use them. All baseboards/windows needed scrubbing. The pantry door laminate was cracked, and repaired with Super Glue - now sharp edges rise and do not meet well. Gaps in construction. Cabi

My husband and I looked around the complex and was very eager to see the inside. When we arrived around noon, we had to ring to leasing office door twice and after a couple minutes a man came out. He shut the door behind him (like we were going to rob him)and said can I help you. We told him we were looking to move in march and we're wondering if anything was available. He told us no, check back next week to see if a renewal would go thru but other then that nothing until April. He shook his head at us like we weren't worth his time, like he was deciding who lived here and who didn't since we are fairly young. We asked him if the renewal didn't go thru what unit would be available and he pointed to an upstsirs unit. All while keeping us outside and not wanting to look at us in the eyes.
