Dealing with the staff for this company is frustrating and they are very disrespectful and unprofessional .My family is being charged utilities that we pay directly to the utilities company.When asking why this charge was being made and ask for this to be removed they threw my sister out with my nephew of 2 years old in a very cold day . My sister first language is Spanish so she couldn’t understand very well the situation so she call me and I try to explain the issue but didn’t work., They still treat me like an animal. Not even an animal deserves to be treated this way. I have never been late on payment and this month they charged a late fee due to me trying to get these additional charge taken off. I moved in recently and the process was smooth and fast. Maria was great with getting me into my apartment and explaining everything to me. I love my new place and I have not had any issues.

Zero stars! This is by far the worst property and the worst experience l've had living in an apartment. The front office ladies are unbearable to work with, also do not bring any problems to them, they will not help you. We were without heat for the first week of us living in the apartment (in March) they supplied us with a small space heater and suggested to keep it on all night… that’s gotta be the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. The problem turned out to be that they turned the heat on to the wrong apartment. We also had a broken window when we first moved in and the office assured us that maintenance would be over to fix it soon. That never happened. A snowstorm happened two weeks ago, and the parking lot and driveway at Heritage Green are still covered in solid ice. The conditions are very dangerous — it’s difficult to park without sliding, and walking through the area feels unsafe. This goes beyond inconvenience and is a safety issue. Snow and ice removal in common areas should be handled more responsibly. 2/6/2026

Terrible place! My girlfriend and I live here and we’re trying to get out of the lease!! The managers won’t email nor call us back for 3 weeks now!!! Pest control came out after 3.5 weeks saying how managers scheduled it around “their time frame” which is unacceptable for them to do when we had cockroaches and bed bugs in the complex. Our neighbors are harassing us and saying how they’re going to make our service dog disappear. Random dogs running around all the time. Trash thrown around. They’ll clean it up for a couple days to show it and then it’ll be destroyed again. The managers could care less!! We shouldn’t have to leave in fear of our animals being harmed by our neighbors!! And our managers not even responding about it anymore because they don’t care!
