When the new management company took over, I saw the differences from prior management companies the first manager Elaine really straightened out a lot, and then she moved & Paige took over improvements to the property continued, and sending maintenance for issues changed, and things were taken care of and still are. I would place a higher rating, except there’s only a few people that are worth mentioning most of the time after living here almost 17 years and three different managing agents current one being HERITAGE BAY I find Paige Yan Mikey and Dan a pleasure. I find all others unprofessional. Dan is with the main company he used to be our maintenance manager. He is still a pleasure to work with and I believe he had Jimmy out and he handled work orders quickly. Thanks all of you tha

Love love love Heritage Bay!! Ashley has been phenomenal and supportive always. Any issues you may have, she makes it a priority to fix. She’s kind and compassionate. Heritage Bay is peaceful and beautiful; neighbors are kind. It’s pet friendly and immaculately kept! Grateful for the team but Ash is my girl!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

January 5, 2026 The administrative team; Paige, Ashley and Nadia made me feel welcomed and also assisted me with any concerns and or problems I may have incurred on and after my leasing an apartment at Heritage Bay Apartments. In addition, the Maintenance Team; especially the assistant supervisor, Jose was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the apartment, the layout of the complex and where a leasee would dump their trash after hours, where the cable men would need to go to install your cable and just helpful tips for this leasee to be aware so her stay at Heritage Bay would be stress free. I came from Tradition in Port Saint Lucie whereas the apartments in that area are newer and have more to offer the leasee. However, Heritage Bay in which was previously own

I have never enjoyed having to deal with office staff at an apartment complex in the past but Ashley at Heritage is an absolute exception. I came in for a tour and had 4 appointments to look at other apartments. I canceled the others without even thinking twice. Ashley was perfect from start to finish and I signed in the spot. Love their welcoming and positive attitude. Would give more than 5 stars if it were possible.

A great place to live. Everyone is very on top of the community, including Ashley, the Community Assistant Manager. Ashley took care of me and my family and made sure our apartment was the one we wanted and made the move extremely smooth. The maintenance workers also are always on top of things within the community. Jose, a maintenance worker, always make sure when something needs to be fixed and I can't be home, that my dog is happy and gets some pets in while they are working.
