Heritage Apartments

My wife and I lived here for 11 months while she completed an internship. The Heritage is great value for money, clean, very well maintained, and quiet. The units are pest-free, have ample space and come with free parking and a storage locker on the same floor. Biggest selling point is the convenience... walking distance to hospital/stadium/trails and located in a nice neighborhood. The management are responsive and incredibly friendly; Frank, Marilyn and Tim were always very helpful and accessible. You will not be disappointed!

Older apartments (built in 70s I think) but well maintained and good pricing. Quiet neighbors, good neighborhood, close to everything, flat area of town. I really love the owners and staff; they've gone out of their way for me when I was relocating across the country and ran into some issues with my uhaul. They have taken care of me very well and are easy to work with. Maintenance is quick. I couldn't ask for more in a basic rental.

My wife and I lived here for three years and it was an absolute dream. The Landlord was amazing. Relationships are everything and Frank Gutta and his team know this. They prove it over and over again by meeting the needs of their tenants. We never had a problem. When we moved into our unit, it was absolutely clean. The rent was perfectly priced. You can't go wrong with it. And to quote John Denver, it's "almost heaven." The neighborhood is bliss and it is right in the middle of everything. You have Texas Roadhouse nearby (literally a 2 minute drive). Shopping centers are great. We were sad to leave but were delighted to start the next chapter in our lives. #CountryRoads #WVUMountaineers.

So far I've enjoyed living at Heritage. The apartments are a little older, but the staff is very kind and the maintenance staff keep the hallways cleaned weekly and they shovel snow! It's a calm place to live.

I love to live there next year I'm hoping for an opening next year. Marilyn is so nice and responds very quickly. My husband and I are both retired and hoping to find a quiet place which we can call home.
