Here Tuscaloosa

I have absolutely adored living at HERE Tuscaloosa this past year. I plan to resign for the next two years. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs. The location is also a huge plus — convenient to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes daily life so much easier. The amenities are well kept, and the overall atmosphere in the building is friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live. It truly feels like home!

I’ve lived at HERE Tuscaloosa for two years and absolutely love it! The pool and skydeck are my favorite amenities, and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. It’s been an amazing place to live, and I couldn’t recommend it more.

The Here is anything but premiere. The common areas are disgusting. There is dog poop and vomit in my daughter’s hall that has been there for over a week. Trash cans are over flowing. Common area furniture is covered in mold. Elevator areas are absolutely disgusting. I am sure they have never been cleaned. The trash cans are all always over flowing! I am so sad that my daughter lives in such a filthy place

My son lived in this apartment complex for 1 year. It was a very good location, but extremely expensive for a small, but new apartment. The furnishings were very cheap. They over communicated even to parents with daily trash in hallway and parking emails, so the important emails were sometimes missed since you got so many. On move out day, they changed the time to have keys turned in by 8 am, although you paid for the full day in your rent since it should have been included in your regular monthly payment. They charged us a full months rent charge for this. I feel this was intentional hoping people did not notice the time, like we did not. You would think that you paid for that day, that you should have the whole day to get your belongings out and clean the apartment. It took me weeks to g
