Heathmoore

I've lived at Heathmoore for 3 years. I love the neighborhood and the apartment. The apartment manager is not only kind friendly and attentive but she has become a good friend. This apartment living is closer to living in a home with so much room and storage but your own private patio. The maintenance orders are addressed promptly and accurately. I have had such a wonderful living experience that I decided to transfer to a neighboring Elon property. Yes I stated because it was home🙂

We lived there for two years and management was terrible. She acts like your best friends but any time you have an issue she becomes very rude and blames all the problems on you. They also don’t fix problems. Problems we had the day we moved in never got fixed. Whatever you do, find a different place to live. If you don’t you will regret it once you have move out. Their other properties may be managed better than this one but don’t go here.

Enjoyed living here for the past couple years. Maintenance man Walt is outstanding. Many people have been living there 10+ years. Good location. Close to good schools, shopping and freeways.

I have lived at Heathmoore for almost a year, and I love it here!!! Melissa was so supportive of me and is always willing to help! She's awesome!!! I highly recommend Heathmoore to everyone!!!

Be careful renting at this place. The only amenity you get is no one is above or below you. I rented a 1 bedroom apartment here for almost two years. This place raises your rent every time your lease is up. But does nothing to improve the quality of the property. I finally moved out because of it. I made prior arrangements as to when I am moving out. I left my apartment with normal wear and it was clean. No trash in the apartment and everything wiped down. 30 days after I moved out I received a $200 invoice in the mail ($75 carpet cleaning, $75 apartment cleaning, and $50 electric penalty). Although the carpet was in good shape upon vacating the apartment I was ok with the carpet cleaning fee. But the rest of the fees are excessive. The electric penalty is unheard of because I let the offi
