Hearthstone Group

Just had to deal with one of their crews in the Publix parking lot at Kennsington Place. They were blocking the exits, had just gotten there and were not actually working, just sitting in the truck. I waited for several minutes before lightly tapping my horn. Guy in the passenger seat pointed for me to go around. There was no place to go around. He dismissed me with a show of his hand/finger...and they still didn't move forward. I immediately called the office and talked to the charming Tiffany, who was also a jackass. Great company right there.

I passed one of their trucks in town that was going very slow during rush hour and when I passed him I noticed the driver talking on the phone and not paying attention to driving so I beeped my horn at him and he gave me the finger. When I called the office to inform them Tiffany acted like should could care less and blamed it on the truck being cold. If the truck isn't properly warmed up it should be on the road. She didn't care.

Tiffany is great to work with. We lease a space from them and she is very responsive and timely. I highly recommend Hearthstone Group.

We've recently had to deal with an issue with the company where the owner had to visit us (their client) to return an item. The owner was extremely rude to the employees of the business while handling the issue at hand.

Everyone I have dealt with has always been pleasant and seemed eager to get things taken care of!
