HB Ocean Towers Apartments

The leasing office staff here are always kind and helpful. The lady at the office is especially warm-hearted. Every time someone needs access, she has to lock up the office and walk back and forth to open the gates on both sides, which is not easy for her but she always does it with patience. I really appreciate her effort and dedication—it makes the community feel welcoming.

My wife and I lived at HB Ocean Towers for a little over 4 years (moved at the end of 2022 after purchasing our first home) and had a terrific experience. The property manager, Tammy, is professional, extremely kind, and was very attentive to all maintenance/facility requests we submitted. Any communications (email, phone call) made to the office during business hours were returned promptly, and the after hours phone line was always very responsive as well. The building does show some general wear and tear from its age and proximity to the ocean, but the maintenance team does a great job keeping the property clean, beautifully landscaped, and maintained with ongoing improvement projects. We are extremely happy with the level of professionalism given by Tammy the property manager and her people. She handled our minor maintenance issues promptly, and always made us feel welcomed. Management does an exceptional job. I always felt safe living here. Highly recommend! Thank you Tammy!

We were really hopefully for this apartment complex and honestly I’m super disappointed and insulted almost. My bf and I went to tour this and prior to we spoke with Tammy who was really nice over the phone, but once we met her in person her personality completely changed. She said she’d put us on the waitlist after saying over the phone the apt was immediately available. We followed up with her once and she mentioned she was still going through the waitlist. Luckily my bf and I found and signed another apartment. But it’s been almost 2 months now she has not once tried contacting us and now has 4 units total available. I hate to pull this card but it really felt as though we were discriminated because of our ethnicity.

Believe it or not my husband and I have lived here for nearly 17 years. We enjoy living here and it's close to everything you would like to do. The apt.'s are of good size with good storage. We have a one bedroom with open den. It has a fireplace, nice size walk in closet. The kitchen has great storage and a built-in double door pantry, and comes with a dishwasher . They also provide a microwave and refrigerator, thou you can use your own as we do. The magement is great and the problems we have encountered have been addressed right away. The is a security guard that is here overnight. The parking garage is gated as well as the complex. It's a great place to live.
