Hawthorne Park South

We love our apartment here at Hawthorne Park south, and we have one of the older apartments that hasn’t been updated yet with new fixtures/stainless steel appliances and we don’t mind! The staff are always kind when we need something fixed. The maintenance men do a great job for how many apartments they tend to! The only issue we have is that some people don’t pick up after their dogs. Though management has sent out emails about it it’s really more of a problem with certain people, not the apartments fault. The Amazon box is super nice to have and so are the Pools! The dog park is nice as well and the Tech cafe just got a fancy new drink machine that I use when I take zoom meetings in there! Overall you get your bang for your buck here and it also has a great location close to the highway

10/10 My wife and I have really enjoyed living here. Management and Maintenance are especially good. Area is child friendly Management is awesome, they're super friendly, seem to really care about their residents, and are active but not overbearing or restrictive. Maintenance is superb. You always see them out and about on house calls or keeping up the grounds. We transferred to a 2 bedroom and wrote up our sheet on any small defects (there weren't many) for security deposit purposes and the next day maintenance came and fixed everything, I hadn't even asked for it yet, let alone made a maintenance request. I cannot stress enough how great this apartment complex is. They go above and beyond for their tenants (something i have never seen from a landlord). Maintenance is amazing, they response to tickets very fast. They even came the day we put the ticket in! Hawthorne provides many high quality amenities. Office staff is very helpful and understanding. 1000/10

We work with this apartment community as a landscape vendor and it’s been a great experience. Melissa, Randy and the entire team is easy to work with, communicates well, and really cares about keeping the property looking its best. It’s always nice working with a community that values good upkeep and treats their vendors with respect. We’re happy to be partnered with them and definitely recommend them from our side.

I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else but here. The staff and maintenance are kind, understanding and just all around the absolute best. I will and have recommended my friends and family to move here. I really don’t see myself leaving anytime soon. Sorry ladies. You’re stuck with me. Thank you for all you do and all the hard work you put in to making this the best place to live in Murfreesboro.
