Hawthorne at Wisteria

I wanted to like living here, but overall my experience has been very disappointing. While the on-site office and maintenance staff have been kind and helpful, many of the ongoing issues seem to stem from Hawthorne as a corporation. When we first moved in, I was excited based on the pictures, but the apartment was nothing like what was advertised. The floors are extremely uneven with poorly patched areas, and you can feel the wood shifting underneath your feet when you walk. In addition, some rooms—such as the bedrooms/living room—have light switches but no actual light fixtures or ceiling fans, which was surprising and inconvenient. I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well maintained, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Management is friendly and responsive, which makes a big difference. The amenities are well kept, especially the gym — it’s always clean and consistently smells fresh, which I really appreciate. The community is quiet and feels safe, and the location is convenient and close to everything. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment

We recently moved into these apartments complex and have had a great experience so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The management team is fantastic! They have been friendly, professional, and always responsive whenever I have a question. They have a great responsive maintenance staff that handles requests quickly and efficiently. The apartments themselves are spacious, in great condition, and affordable which were things we were looking for when we were apartment searching. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live!

Richard from Maintenance is great. We had an issue with the front door lock and knob, and he came after hours to fix it. He was quick, professional, and really helpful. I really appreciate him going the extra mile.

I am looking to move closer to work. A friend told me about this property. I scheduled a visit with Josh (Community Manager). He showed me around the property, two bedroom apt. amenities etc. I find the property to be very nice and clean. After the tour Josh prepared a packet for me with pricing etc. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you Josh!!
