Hawk Ridge Apartments

Justin and Malcom (the Front Office Fellas) made my whole move in process very easy and comfortable. They are always super nice and professional. The maintenance crew always does a good job of being VERY prompt with problems me and my wife are having in our apartment. We also love our neighbors and have yet to experience anything negative!

I’d like to share my recent experience with Hawk Ridge Apartments in the interest of transparency for future prospective residents. My initial interaction was with Justin, who was courteous and informative. He provided me with pricing details, and we came to what I understood to be a clear agreement regarding the terms. A few days later, I followed up with Malcolm, who was helpful in getting my application approved — which I greatly appreciated. However, upon contacting the office again to finalize my move-in, I was informed that the pricing and terms initially offered were no longer valid. I was also told that several of the assurances I was given during the process would not be honored. I came into the Hawk Ridge office a few months before I was ready to move and spoke with Justin. He answered all my questions, & even took me on a tour of their model unit & amenities. I knew then that this was the community for me. Once I was ready, I came back and Justin helped me through the process of applying and he got me approved the same day! He & Malcolm have been such helpful gentlemen throughout the last few weeks since we moved in. Definitely recommend speaking to either of them if you’re wanting to move into Hawk Ridge. Our unit was ready and clean on time for move in date with no issues at all! ☺️☺️☺️

I moved into Hawk Ridge apartments after finishing school and have been here for 2 years. It was a great fit for me an my sister with a nice, family friendly community. Justin has been as kind and helpful as when I first moved in! It's been lovely living here so far.

Michael and Justin are amazing I had a smooth move in everything was great apartments are beautiful and the neighborhood is definitely kid friendly!! Loving my new apartment
