Haven Waters Edge Apartments

Justin and Mavis made our move into our first apartment at Haven at Waters Edge such an easy and smooth experience! Justin was very informative and willing to show us any unit we wanted to see. Our unit was being renovated and we needed to move sooner, and they were able to expedite everything by two weeks for us. With our hectic schedules, they allowed us to complete everything online and sent all documents through email, which made the process seamless. We were even able to set up utilities online without any issues. We’re so happy to call Haven at Waters Edge our new home. Thank you, Justin and Mavis!

Mabis is amazing. She has been consistently responsive, very helpful, and highly communicative throughout the process. She assisted me significantly and genuinely cared about helping me find the right room to rent. Her customer service is excellent, and I would confidently say she is one of the best at her job.

My family and I are having a great experience living here. We moved from Massachusetts to Tampa and Mabys did an amazing job making sure everything went smoothly for the move. She answered all our questions promptly and helped us with everything until we finally got the keys. I highly recommend her!!

I have had a wonderful experience! At first I was intimidated by the website but once I popped into the office all my fears were laid to rest. Justin helped me every step of the way and put up with countless pop-ins after and during the process. I will say don't be afraid, just walk in the office and you will see what I mean. The apartments are beautiful and the property is great with many amenities.

I can’t wait to move and get out of here!!!! I’ve been complaining about someone smoking weed in my building for MONTHS and nothing has been done. The smoke has been in my vents and travels to my apartment. I have two small children; I have voiced my concerns and still nothing has been done. The last time I spoke to someone about this issue they stated for me to find the person who is smoking and to get a picture of them to then take action. The only action they have done was put up a paper and hoping someone to come forward about smoking weed in the building while my kids and I are suffering with the constant smell of weed in our home. The washer machine be full of dog/cat hair which prevents me from washing. I can’t wait to move.
