I had a horrible experience with Hannah the closer. She had problems providing the correct number on the final Alta, so my buyer could wire the funds. The next day, at the office for signing, she gave me attitude from the moment she saw us, making the whole signing experience horrible. I would never recommend her to anyone or do any transactions with her.

We had a great experience with Kristi from Haven title! She was on top of everything from the beginning and kept our lenders on their toes to make sure we closed in a timely manner. When we switch unexpectedly to a different payment methods, Kristi went above and beyond to make sure we closed on time and that everything will run smoothly on closing date. She is an expert in field and does her due-diligence in everything! Thank you Kristi, you guys are truly the best! This is our 2nd time using them and will continue to use them in the future
