Haven Oaks

I have been waiting 2 years on the waiting list and I called up there today and who ever answered the phone was really nice but asked me if I received a letter in the mail to still be on the waiting list. Told her I have never received one in the mail. She said I'm sorry but you are no longer on the list since I didn't turn in the letter! I asked her how long would it be if I applied again she said over a year! :( very disappointing 😞

They have terrible customer service. They told me that I was approved. Then told me that I couldn’t get the apartment again. Liars! I tell you one thing I know is God doesn’t like ugliness. That was so not professional. If i could they would get no stars at all!

Assistant manager Tamara was kinda respectful but the other manager is very rude and nasty and I will be speaking to the company that’s over her

Great apt complex with great staff in the office. We do class time with the children when they get out of school; reading to them, letting them read to use, interaction with games, etc. Basically it's loving on these babies and letting them know that they matter. People that know they are loved love others.

Poor management will throw you out ruin your record without hesitation. Very nice at first but will harass and talk down to you. They know your low income and will use their power over you because we can't afford lawyers or other places to go. Be careful. There are different low income based housing in the area.
