Hathon

We lived in the Hathon apartment for couple of years and personally did not have any issues. The amenities provided were excellent, and Kelsi the property manager was consistently kind, understanding, and helpful, really appreciate it. The leasing office staff were professional and courteous, Dimitri and maintenance team responded promptly to any issues that arose. The apartment is pet-friendly, which was a great feature. The only concern was that the electricity bill tended to be on the higher side despite minimal usage. The location is also nice and though situated on the main street, there is no disturbance.

The management of this luxury apartment faces a persistent issue with trash management, detracting from the overall experience and giving rise to problems such as mice, cockroaches, unpleasant odors, and more. Overflowing trash rooms and full outdoor bins constitute significant drawbacks. Additionally, irregular trash pickup exacerbates the issue, posing challenges for residents in disposing of their waste and fully enjoying the living experience at Hathon. As of today, Thursday, Jan 18th, trash hasn’t been picked up since last Wednesday, Jan 10th. It’s been over a week. They use services of Town of Medway, however, they could have engaged a company that would be picking up trash on a regular schedule. These Luxury apartments are great… Until you have an issue! I have been living here for 4 months and have had mice in my apartment a couple times. For the amount of money we pay for rent, and these being luxury apartments. I should not be having to mice issues!! I call the operator line multiple times for someone to come remove the mice, but the office does not do ANYTHING until i personally go to the office and plead for them to come! I wake up at night with scratching noises inside the wall. My dog stays up all night looking for where the noise is coming from. Until they finally enter the apartment. I had a great first visit to Hathon Apartments in Medway! Marguy, who showed me around, was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and very polite—overall, a pleasure to speak with. The entire complex appeared to be well maintained and clean, and the apartment itself looked fantastic. It definitely left a strong first impression.

We stayed for a year and were very satisfied with the residents, amenities, staff, and our home. It’s close to the road but completely quiet, with no traffic noise – just the sound of birds in a bright, airy home. The staff are kind, friendly, attentive, and easy to reach, always doing their best to help. Thanks to the free coffee service available all day, we didn’t even need to buy a coffee machine for our home. The gym and pool are sufficient and rarely crowded.
