I bought a new house from Moe 3 years ago. The heating system has broken multiple times The sump pump is broken. There is serious cracks in our walls and the latest problem is our shingles are falling off our roof. He built 12 homes on our street 10 of them flood. Buyer beware.
Everyone at Grandis was friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed visiting their showroom and learning about the various options they offer for their homes. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a home in Wrentham or Medway contact them.
