Harvard Court Apartments

I just want to give a Huge shout out to the staff of Harvard court apartments.I lived here For almost 7 years and I'm very thankful for the staff. That's in the office for being consistent, helping and kind they continuously fix what needs to be fixed in a timely manner. They made sure to open the pool for the kids to enjoy and they constantly. Keep trying to make sure the property stays clean and quiet even though a lot of the residents here are dirty and don't care about their place of living. And with the manager being awesome, I can't wait to see what more things.She has in Store for the community.Thank you!

IT IS NO LONGER THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE, THEY INCREASE THE RENT EVERY YEAR AND DO NOT IMPROVE ANYTHING. DURING THE LAST YEAR EVERYTHING HAS GOT WORSE: THE LAUNDRY ROOM DOES NOT WORK, THE PLAYGROUND IS BROKEN, THE POOL WAS CLOSED FOR YEARS DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE, NOW IT IS PARTIALLY OPEN... !! WE HAVE HAD A MOUSE INFESTATION PROBLEM FOR MONTHS AND THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN US A SOLUTION!!! THE CURRENT MANAGER DOES NOT ANSWER CALLS, DOES NOT ADDRESS YOUR COMPLAINTS AND DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEMS THAT RESIDENTS HAVE. SEE THE PHOTOS AND BELIEVE ME

I absolutely love living in my apartment complex and couldn’t be happier with the experience it truly deserves a 5-star review! From the moment I moved in, everything has exceeded my expectations. The grounds are always clean, beautifully landscaped, and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch, including a sparkling pool, modern fitness center, and relaxing common areas that are perfect for working, unwinding, or socializing. What really sets this place apart is the management team they are incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents’ well-being and comfort. DO NOT COME HERE, THE APARTMENTS ARE GETTING WORSE EVERY DAY. I PAY MY RENT ON TIME EVERY MONTH AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THAT IN ORDER TO FIX THE PROBLEMS THE APARTMENTS HAVE. I AM DESPERATE TO FIND A NEW PLACE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT THE MOUSE PROBLEM AMONG OTHER THINGS FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS AND THEY HAVE NOT SOLVED ANYTHING. THE CURRENT MANAGER IGNORES YOUR COMPLAINTS, DOESN'T SOLVE ANYTHING, AND IS USUALLY ARROGANT. I AM PAYING OUT OF MY OWN POCKET TO TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND I HAVE THROWN FOOD IN THE TRASH BECAUSE THE MICE EAT IT, WE HAVE FOUND MOUSE DROPPINGS ON OUR BEDS. MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING.

I’ve lived here for 5 years and all the staff I’ve ever came across are very professional and helpful. Anytime there was a problem or maintenance issue it was taken care of and fixed in a timely manner.
