I have used Harris Plott Properties for all 3 years of college. They treat their own right as long as you follow their rules. Stacey managed all the properties I lived in and she is the most helpful and understanding agent there. Every time I had a issue she was extremely willing to help me and the problem would be fixed almost immediately. I would definitely recommend using Harris Plott Properties.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Harris Properties was by far the worst company I have ever signed a lease with. Everything in the house either doesn't work or falls apart completely. The people that work there are unprofessional, rude and not helpful in anyway. We have had numerous issues with the duplex we live in and have called and texted to have people come in and fix things and it takes them months, and other times they won't even respond to us. Things that were written in the lease on their behalf were never done, simple things like changing the air filter and fixing light bulbs. Harris Properties is unprofessional and doesn't care about their tenants. For the past three weeks I've been awakened from times ranging from 6:30-10:00 AM to power tools, hammering, destroying walls, etc. It is impossible to sleep due to the extremely loud noises and vibrations coming from the repairs directly beneath me. I don't get home from work until 2-3 AM. I've expressed my concern to Stacey from Harris Properties and she's assured me that she will find out what's going on and "talk to them and see if they can start later" NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Considering she's the one paying them this is upsetting. For $550 a month (not including utilities) do yourself a favor and find someplace better. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They will keep in contact with you until they have a lease signed and a deposit paid. Then you will never hear from them again. Had multiple problems with the property and called to get them fixed and they would not answer any calls or emails. I went to their offices multiple times just to have them either say they would do something and never do anything. Or most of the time they would pretend not to notice you and continue drinking liqour in their offices. Terrible company and terrible people.
