Harmony Oaks

They didnt help me like at all. Like they also have drugs there and if you use any of them you get punished ie cellphone getting taken away. I was terrified while being Harmony Oaks there's a lot of crime. Ie violence, drug pushing, etc. the day shift wakes you up; if you have PTSD. I wouldnt recommend this place. I've been 9 months and 2 weeks sober thanks to Affinity Recovery. Their CA though. Here's the proper address to their facility: 13340 Mountain View Rd #6444, Desert Hot Springs, CA 92240. Their staff is mostly supportive and their counselors and my case worker was helpful as well. I didnt realize there was a townhouse named this I'm so sorry for all of you. So I'ma rate your place 5 stars. Cause I dont know anything about it. Thank you.

We been here going on 5 yrs and what a downhill change indeed! Disrespectful children, theft, property damage, etc. Drain & Sewage system here are bad. The gated parking area fills with water after heavy rain. Sewage has backed in our home once before. They have cameras but you never can get a reply back about the footage, if any has been recorded. Property Management is horrible. All they do is lie and don't take into initiative their own responsibilities. Apartments are cheap, appliances are cheap, but rent is high for market rate. The children deface the property and nothing is done. Just don't stop here for living. You can do better else where.

We are not from New Orleans but my children are students at Xavier University. I was worried about finding them a safe place to live and we chose Harmony Oaks. Our experience has been very pleasant. We have all loved the apartment. We chose the historical units and it gave a real feel of New Orleans. The staff has been very kind to us. Our repairs have all been handled quickly and well and my children have had no problems with their safety. I would definitely recommend Harmony Oaks to anyone looking!

I live in these apartments currently and these or the issue I’m dealing with I have called an put in several order for these types of things they don’t like to fix thing and have very bad attitude when you are calling down to to office to get something done in the apartment. These are pictures of my kitchen bathroom living room door and the racks in the closet I had to fix my own closets also is a some pictures of my dryer I had to tape it to keep it from ripping up our close every time we use the dryer it not right and they need to do been with these thing.

The manager was very helpful and communicated well with me. There was an issues with the door and they was bald to get it resolve quickly. It was a easy move in
