Harbour Station Apartments

I have leaks at least two times a year downstairs to where my living room ceiling is stained, fallen off and and they never seem to be able to fix it but for a mere handful of months , my floorboards creak every step I take and can here my neighbors stairs creak middle of night. Do not recommend unless times are hard , with that said, it will remind you that you are in hard times.

I do NOT recommend this place. It takes forever to get things fixed.office staff is constantly changing.Only time someone is in the office is to collect rent.They don’t care about tenants. Building 500 have mold due to sewer issues November 2019. They did not properly fix the base boards and walls. Definitely will not renew my lease!

They need new manager Ms Jenny is very evil & tried to put me out due to noise that she has no proof of. She very ride & unprofessional. She also lies about everything. We need new management

Apartments are really nice and perfect size for an average size family. Clean, still looks like fresh and new inside

Constantly changing staff in office, the office is only open Tuesday and Thursdays, Its very hard to get things fixed and it can get very trashy outside.
