Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I loved my apartment, and the grounds are beautiful. However being treated as nothing but an inconvenience by the office staff for even the smallest questions got old. Maintenance enters apartment without knocking, warning, or permission. The maintenance request form specifically asks if they can enter when you’re not home, and despite me marking no many times due to my pets, they continued to enter my unit anyway. Once I came home to a crumpled up note outside my door saying the repair was done, after I specified requested they call me before entering. Another time maintenance walked in my apartment without knocking when I was just waking up and hardly dressed. Moving into the apartment was a nightmare. Emails from management were almost impossible

While the property and most of the other residents are nice, I can't recommend this place to anyone. I have been dealing with an AC issue since April 2023. I was out of the house when I got a notification that the AC was fixed. When I got back it seemed like the work wasn't done and thought it was mistakenly marked as completed. I emailed the office staff letting them I did not think the work was done and they sent an unprofessional response (a very common theme with these two). I was not home most of that summer so I didn't ask for it to be repaired again. But this April I sent in another request to have it repaired. My roommate was told by maintenance that they would come out in May to look at it. He has not come to the apartment since. I emailed the office staff again and told them they

STAFF IS AWFUL. I saw a review from 4 months ago on Google that perfectly described it. Laurel is awful to work with. That is why I'm giving 1 star. The apartments themselves are decent - typical cheap paint that buffs up anytime anything is rubbed on it (I slid my glass cup across the stairwell and the paint came up. It was a light glass with just a smidge of water so no real weight, fyi). There's some staples in the carpet you can feel. BUT. This is one of the biggest and prettiest for the price in the area. Once you don't have to deal with the employees and overlook the cheap quality of actual building materials, it's great living here. The community is generally very friendly and you always see people walking around. It's very quiet and homey.

My wife and I lived in Habour Ridge apartments from June 2015 to July 2018. We loved our stay here. The walls are thick. Insulation was great (sound and temp). We loved having an attached garage in our 1 bedroom w/ den. We treated then den as a second bedroom/office. The price was very affordable. The front office was always friendly. Maintenance was always able to fix things for us in 24 hours or less. We were sad that we had to leave, but my job dictated that it was time for us to move on. If I needed a place to stay again, I'd look here first.

Lived here for 3 years. almost everything broke in the apartment within the first year. The water was filled with iron our bathtub was orange. undrinkable water. The water pressure in our toilet was so bad you would have to flush 3 or more times. We complained about our toilet the entire time and they kept saying they would fix it but they never did. Really tells you how much they care. Water would also drip from our bathroom ceiling. When we finally moved out we cleaned our apartment like crazy the lady in the office even told us that they were suprised on how clean it was. Nope slapped a 1500$ carpet fee for a small red stain. Our security deposit gone like that plus another 500 dollars I have to pay. These people are scammers they don’t care about you they just want your money. I woul
