I’ve had a truly wonderful experience living at Harbor Shores. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and genuinely welcoming, and a huge part of that is thanks to Monica , the property manager. Monica is absolutely fantastic—she’s professional, kind, approachable, and always willing to go above and beyond to make residents feel supported and valued. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’s been responsive, attentive, and genuinely caring. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the grounds are always kept looking beautiful. The seasonal décor is always incredible and thoughtfully done—it really makes the community feel festive and cared for throughout the year. Listen… I have never in my life written a review like this, but Chloe deserves a Pulitzer Prize, a Grammy, AND maybe even a Nobel Peace Prize for the way she leases apartments. From the moment I walked into the office, it felt like Beyoncé’s wind machine turned on. Papers fluttered. Angels sang. A faint shimmer surrounded her like she was forged from pure customer-service stardust. I recently toured this community and was really impressed! The property is absolutely beautiful — clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They took their time showing me around, answered all my questions, and made me feel right at home. You can tell they truly care about their residents and take pride in the community. Overall, a great experience — definitely worth checking out!
